1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product for a refund or exchange if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product was purchased directly from Oneshop Supplement via our website.

Please note that items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion
  • Gift cards or promotional items
 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Fill the return form with your order number and reason for the return. Use this link
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship the item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
 

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

 

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at returns@oneshopsupplement.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Products

In the event that your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the claim is verified.
 

7. Order Cancellations

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be processed.
