3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship the item back to us.
- Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refunded amount may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
